If you have 3 claims in one year they will not offer to renew your coverage. The sales Reps are paid $8.50 per hour plus commision. Even after 5 or 10 even 15 years, still the same base pay, $8.50. Commision is paid @ $10.00 a renewal.
If you hit your sales quota for new homes you can get $16.00 to $25.00 a sale.
The Monthly sales goal is over 5.5 million dollars a month for this organization.
This private held Corp, is a cash cow company with no regard to it's customers or employee's.
The call center at 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty. Where they renew your home warranty coverage. It's like a prison now....
