If you have 3 claims in one year they will not offer to renew your coverage. The sales Reps are paid $8.50 per hour plus commision. Even after 5 or 10 even 15 years, still the same base pay, $8.50. Commision is paid  @ $10.00 a renewal.
If you hit your sales quota for new homes you can get $16.00 to $25.00 a sale.
